He has extensive experience of managing operations of start-up from scratch and scaling the business rapidly to be a leader in the field.
He enjoys reading non friction and practicing yoga and believes that every child should get the opportunity to experience the magic of sports apart from studies.

Physiotherapist & a fitness expert graduate from JSS College of Physiotherapy – Mysore, Karnataka and a passionate sports enthusiast with over 15 years of work experience in Sports and fitness industry.
His multiple areas of experience in sports & fitness industry has given him an opportunity to help and train many coaches, athletes, children and parents.
He clearly understands the need and the importance of structured PE & fitness training through sports for the holistic development of every individual.

The team is highly professional, passionate and well trained to deliver the best to all to perceive and develop skills with the purpose of fostering new talent in gymnastics and motivating athletes to achieve their full potential via consistent training and coaching. A founder and head coach of Hawkeye Rifle Shooting Academy, Mr. Sharanedra KY is by himself a successful shooter with a record hold at University level, State and National level medallist in shooting sport.
He has started the HAWK-EYE Air Rifle and Pistol Academy to train and assist many shooter of all age group to fulfil their long term dream. The team is currently running 2 centres with fully equipped by electronic targets, Standard Air pistol and Rifles for learning and development of shooting skills.
The aim of an academy is to provide a structured, skill oriented and a high quality coaching for all the shooters to perceive and get trained to compete at various competitive levels.

A successful swimmer & a founder of Splash Aqua Swimming Academy (SASA).
Her journey with aquatic sports started in late 90’s and after years of association with it, is still growing stronger by creating an opportunities for the young talents to represent their school, state and Country.
In the last 12 years the team SASA has achieved more than 30000 students across all age group to learn swimming and win competitions.
She was the member of first National medallist for the Karnataka state Water Polo team in 2003 and continued to soar towards representing the Karnataka State and India at National and International competitions from 2002 till 2016 and winning medals.
Malavika has represented India at the Asian Games in 2010 and she is also a Bronze medallist at the Asian Age Group Championships.
